Cancellation/Refund Policy
“Programme Fee” shall mean the payment made towards the course enrolled and shall exclude Application Fee and Enrolment Fee.
All notification of cancellations/withdrawals from the programme must be received in writing within 15 (fifteen) days from the programme commencement date. All refund requests should be sent to: support@phire.in
Where the request for refund of the Programme Fees has been received within 7 (seven) days from the programme commencement date, the amount paid towards the Programme Fee (excluding Application fee & Enrolment fee, if any.) will be refunded. (Refer table below).
Where the request for refund of the Programme Fees has been received within 15 (fifteen) days from the programme commencement date, 50% of amount paid towards the Programme Fee (excluding the Application Fee & Enrolment fee, if any.) will be refunded. (Refer the table below).
Application Fee & Enrolment fee is non-refundable. GST paid is not refundable.
No refund shall be made after 15 days from the programme commencement date.

If the refund is being made on account of the programme being cancelled by Veranda Phire, the refund shall be made for the entire amount, including taxes collected from the student. No penalty shall be imposed in this case.
If the programme is the rescheduled by Veranda Phire in such a manner that the programme commencement date falls after 30 days from date of payment of Programme Fee, a refund can be requested. The refund shall be made after deducting the Application Fee, Enrolment Fee and the GST paid.
No request for refund on account of rescheduling of the programme shall be considered if the programme commencement date falls within 30 days of date of payment of Programme Fee .
