Placement Policy for Veranda Phire

Objective

To outline the rules, regulations, and guidelines governing placement assistance provided to candidates enrolled in Veranda Phire’s training programs.


Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must:

  • Be enrolled in the "Phire Certification in Retail Banking and Finance Course."
  • Be under 28 years of age at the time of enrollment.
  • Have completed graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • Maintain at least 90% attendance and achieve an 80% overall aggregate in the certification program.
  • Submit all necessary documents, including PAN card, Aadhaar card, Class 10 & 12 mark sheets, graduation certificates, proof of address, date of birth, and, in the case of prior work experience, salary slips, appointment letter, and relieving letter.
  • Be medically fit.


Placement Assistance Guidelines

  • Placement assistance is conditional upon the successful completion of the program.
  • Veranda Phire provides placement opportunities in private banks and NBFCs across India; candidates must be willing to relocate at their own cost if required.
  • Placement assistance is not a job guarantee. It means providing job opportunities by facilitating interviews in the Indian Banking and Financial Services sector
  • Each candidate will be provided with three interview opportunities. If you fail to attend interviews, regardless of the reason, it will count toward the three allotted opportunities.
  • Once the offer letter is released, the candidate must accept it. No opportunities will be provided if an offer is released. 
  • Candidates are expected to:
    • Adhere to timelines and guidelines during the placement process.
    • Actively participate in preparation activities arranged by Veranda Phire.
    • Maintain professional conduct at all times.
  • Banking and Financial Partner organizations are the final authority to decide a candidate’s job roles, location, and remuneration. Veranda Phire does not influence it.
  • Placement assistance and handholding support will be provided for up to six months from the placement commencement date. Candidates must cooperate during this period.


Responsibilities of Candidates

  • Submit self-attested copies and originals of all required documents during enrollment.
  • Ensure all information provided is accurate and truthful. Misrepresentation or falsification will lead to disqualification.
  • Prepare diligently for placement opportunities and cooperate with Veranda Phire’s placement team and partner organizations.
  • Cover personal expenses related to relocation, boarding, and lodging during the placement


Termination of Placement Assistance

Placement assistance may be withdrawn under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to comply with program guidelines, including attendance and performance requirements.
  • Non-cooperation during the placement process.
  • Inappropriate behavior, misconduct, or violation of the Code of Conduct.
  • Termination by the partner organization due to poor performance, fraud, or non-compliance.
  • Rejection of any job offer provided by the partner organization after the final selection process.


Other Terms and Conditions

  • Fees paid for the training program are non-refundable.
  • Any leave or break during the program requires prior approval and settlement of any outstanding dues.
  • Outside influence to further individual interests with Veranda Phire or its partner organizations is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification.
  • Placement assistance is valid only for the current academic session and is non-transferable and non-deferrable.


Acceptance

Candidates must sign and return a copy of this placement policy as their acceptance of the terms and conditions.
